Questions we are asked about price
Is there a free trial?
You can create your academy and look around without paying. We have not fixed a trial length yet — while we are early, talk to us and we will be reasonable about it.
What counts as a student?
An active student. Someone who has left, or is paused for a term, does not count towards your plan.
Do you charge per teacher or per staff member?
No. Add as many teachers and staff as you need. Charging you per person would only push you to share logins, which is bad for your security and ours.
What happens if we outgrow a plan?
We will tell you, and move you up. We will not cut you off mid-month or lock your records.
Are payment gateway charges included?
No. If you take online payments, your gateway charges its own fee on each transaction, paid to them directly. We do not add anything on top and we never hold your money.
Can we get our data out?
At any time, at no charge. Every report exports to CSV, and if you leave we will give you a full copy of your records.
