Questions people ask
Is this AI?
No, and we will not tell you it is. The signals are rules we wrote and can explain: consecutive absences, attendance thresholds, overdue fees, expiring credits. That is why every flag can tell you exactly why it fired. If we ever add a model, we will say so plainly.
Can a branch manager see other branches?
Only the branches you give them. Their reports cover their branches and nothing else, and that limit is enforced on the server.
Can we see money without giving away everything?
Yes. Financial reporting is a separate permission from operational reporting. A manager can run attendance and occupancy reports without seeing revenue at all.
