Cancellation & Refunds
This page covers what your academy pays Wittier for Bilza. Fees your academy collects from its own students are a separate matter — see the last section.

Cancelling
You can cancel your Bilza subscription at any time by writing to contact@wittier.in or from your academy settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then.
Before your access ends, export anything you want to keep. Reports, student lists and fee records can all be downloaded as CSV from within the application.
Refunds
- If we charged you in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — we refund it in full.
- If the service is unusable for an extended period because of a fault on our side, and we cannot put it right, we refund the affected part of the period.
- If you cancel partway through a period, we do not usually refund the unused part, because the service remains available to you for the rest of it. If your circumstances are unusual, write to us and we will look at it.
- Charges for a period you have used are not refundable simply because the service went unused.
Where a refund is due, we return it to the payment method you paid with. Depending on your bank or card issuer it usually reaches you within 5 to 10 working days of us processing it.
How to ask for a refund
Write to contact@wittier.in with the academy name, the charge you are asking about and the date. We will respond within 7 working days, and tell you either that the refund is on its way or why we think it is not due.
Fees your academy collects from parents
When a parent pays your academy through Bilza, that money is yours, not ours. Whether a student gets a refund for a missed term or a cancelled class is entirely your academy’s decision under your own policy. We cannot reverse a payment on your behalf.
You can record a refund against a payment inside Bilza, which adjusts the student’s account and your books. Returning the money itself happens through your payment gateway or directly, as you choose.
