The problem
Teacher pay is worked out again from scratch every month
One teacher is on a monthly salary, two are paid per class, and one gets a share per student. Somebody covered three classes in March. You cancelled two for a festival. At the end of the month, someone opens a spreadsheet and tries to remember all of it — and if a teacher disagrees, there is nothing to show them.

How it works
Every way academies actually pay
Set an arrangement per teacher and Bilza works to it. You are not forced into one model because the software only understands one.

The two questions that cause arguments, answered in advance
Both are settings on each teacher’s arrangement, agreed once instead of debated monthly.
- Is a class the academy cancelled still paid? Off by default — turn it on for teachers whose agreement says so
- When someone substitutes, who gets paid? The substitute is credited by default; you can also pay the original teacher if that is your arrangement
- A rate change starts on the date you give it, and never re-prices a month you have already closed
Counted from what actually happened
Payroll is not a separate set of numbers someone types in. It is calculated from the same class records the teachers marked, so it cannot drift away from reality.

Questions people ask
Does this handle TDS, PF or payslips?
No. Bilza works out what each teacher has earned and shows how it was calculated. It does not file statutory returns or generate formal payslips. The underlying figures are all exportable for whoever does your compliance.
What if we correct attendance after payroll is prepared?
While the month is still a draft, recalculating picks up the correction and keeps any manual adjustments you made. Once you finalise the month it stops moving, which is the point of finalising it.
Can a teacher see what other teachers are paid?
No. A teacher sees their own settled pay and nothing else. Payroll for the academy is behind its own permission.
